I have the same issue... I have a Orbi RBR 750 and Satellite... no matter what I do, I cannot access the web interface using my PC/laptop or phone. The gateway is set correctly on my PC, it pings... but no port is listening on http/https:
C:\Users\tacoball>nmap 192.168.1.1
Starting Nmap 7.80 ( https://nmap.org ) at 2022-05-10 18:00 Pacific Daylight Time
Nmap scan report for 192.168.1.1
Host is up (0.0047s latency).
Not shown: 998 closed ports
PORT STATE SERVICE
53/tcp open domain
5000/tcp open upnp
Interestingly enough if I hit the open port 5000, I get a response from the web server, but a 404. This has to be a bug, I should never have to reset my whole router's settings to re-enable web access. I am a system admin, and do this kind of work all day.
C:\Users\tacobell>curl http://192.168.1.1:5000
<HTML><HEAD><TITLE>404 Not Found</TITLE></HEAD><BODY><H1>Not Found</H1>The requested URL was not found on this server.</BODY></HTML>
I REALLY don't want to lose all my MAC reservations, port forwards, etc... hope @Orbi can push an update to fix this firmware that's broken.
I have 10GB FTTH but currently only using 1GB, until I upgrade my firewall/router/switches. Not sure I can keep the Orbi if this is the result.

That is a terrible solution. Imagine I'm running a small business, and I have to do this every time the device fails?
I'll start my return process now, thanks.

You need to factory reset the RBR and setup from scratch using a wired PC and web browser:
