My Orbi AXE11000 WiFi Mesh System (RBKE963) disconnects
My less than 1 year old very expensive Orbi AXE11000 WiFi Mesh System (RBKE963) disconnects from the internet T-Mobile 5G Gateway (2nd edition) every 2 to 4 weeks and takes hours and resets to factory settings or new Ethernet cable connection to get it to reconnect. My T-Mobile 5G Gateway with WiFi keeps working well but my expensive Orbi Mesh system keeps stating “No internet connection”. Sometimes we get fed up and walk away and about an hour later it connects, weird. We are tempted to trash it except we spent $1500 dollars for it and its past is silly 90 day warranty and free tech support. Our neighbor also has a T-mobile gateway and uses a cheap Eero Mesh System ($170) and another has a T-Link Mesh system ($250) and neither have no problem also they have free tech support.

What is this "T-Mobile 5G Gateway". Google suggests that it is a modem/router.
Putting two routers on a network is a good way of causing chaos and can cause headaches.
For example, you can end up with local address problems. Among other things, the other router can misdirect addresses that the Netgear router usually handles, such as routerlogin.net or the usual IP address for a router, 192.168.1.1.
This explains some of the other drawbacks.
What is Double NAT? | Answer | NETGEAR Support
Unless you have specific reasons for using two routers, it is often easier to use just one router and then to set up the second router as a wifi access point. Netgear advises this, as does just about every site you will visit.
It may be possible to put the T-Mobile Gateway modem only (bridge) mode

and then to use the second device as the router. But some Internet service providers, such as BT in the UK, supply modem/routers that won't work in bridge mode. There may be ways to get the modem/router to cooperate. Sometimes it is easier to put the second router into AP mode. But that has its own drawbacks:

A lot of people use an Orbi system in AP mode, especially if they have a decent router in front of it. Only you know which of your two routers provides the best features for your needs.
While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge.
You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:
Orbi WiFi 6 (AX) and WiFi 6E (AXE) - NETGEAR Communities
Those things are a bit different from the standard Netgear routers covered in this section.
I will ask the Netgear moderator to move your message.
In the meantime you could visit the support pages:

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.
Check for various troubleshooting tips.
You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
