Orbi Blocked Site showing that it came from external IP Address

I just installed a new  RBR750 and have entered  a few sites to block:

• corn.com
• cornhub.com
• etc...

Note: My Router IP is   192.168.88.1 (the standard internal IP 192.168.x.x)

I have the router email me the logs.    What's weird (other than the fact that the blocking doesn't really work) is that I'm  seeing in the logs this:

How is it possible for traffic inside my (192.168.x.x) network to be showing that it came from a device with an IP address outside?

p.s. Yes, I changed the "p" to  "c" in this post so there were no links to bad sites 🙂
