Orbi ac3000 vs ax4200
Looking at getting either the Orbi AC3000 system or AX4200 system. My primary concern is being able to fully utilize my WiFi speeds that I’m paying for through my provider. I have gigabit internet provided via fiber optic through my provider. But I read somewhere that AC3000 (or RBK53) are really only capable of fully utilizing up to 500mbs Internet? Is that true, and would it be better/worth it to pay more for the AX4200 router and satellite?

Re: Orbi ac3000 vs ax4200
Both Orbi models support 1Gb or near 900Mpbs ISP WAN to LAN speeds.
Just if you don't have any support for AX mode then maybe Orbi AC would be better for you. If you do have support for AX mode or want to future proof, then review the Orbi AX model.

I apologize, I’m new to this. Do you mind clarifying what AX mode is, or the difference between AC and AX
