I recently installed a new orbi AX 4200 router. When trying to connect my Panasonic Homehawk shelf cameras I can not connect and am told by the homehawk app that I need to diable the isolation setting. Firmware version V3.2.16.22_1.4.9 Can someone tell me how to do that? Thank you

Re: Orbi and Panasonic Homehawk camera not connecting
Orbi doesn't support nor have isolation setting.
Are these 2.4Ghz cameras that use a installation mobile app to install them?

Re: Orbi and Panasonic Homehawk camera not connecting
They are dual band I think. We use the Homehawk app to connect them. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/homehawk/id1324939168 https://shop.panasonic.com/home-and-office/connected-home/KX-HNC800B.html

Re: Orbi and Panasonic Homehawk camera not connecting
I would refer to the mfr support site and help on how to get them installed. Only item that seems to cause problems is that some IoT devices don't like single SSID wifi broadcasts from some wifi system. Like Orbi, it only broadcasts 1 SSID name for both 2.4 and 5Ghz. Some IoT mfr software only supports 2.4Ghz which in unfortunate as both 2.4 and 5Ghz are technially on the same network.
You might inquire of the Mfr about if there setup software needs the mobile device to be on 2.4Ghz only or can it be on either.

Re: Orbi and Panasonic Homehawk camera not connecting
Try disabling AX Mode on the RBR and set CTS values to 2347.
AX mode are check boxes on the Basic/Wireless settings page on the RBR.
CTS is under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
