RBK960 upgrade firmware issues

After upgraded the firmware on RBRE 960 from V6.0.3.50 to V6.0.3.68, I can't access the website. After factory defaut reset, I can ping to 192.168.1.1 but can't access the website. Any idea?

Are you trying to access it using a wired or a wireless device? 

Please try different web browser and/or device. 

Clear web browser's cache and cookies and check if it will make any difference. 

Is the Internet connection working? Can you access different website (e.g. google)?

Did you try orbilogin.com or orbilogin.net? 

Can you also test if you can access the Orbi App?

Aside from what @Blanca_O mentioned, can you also try accessing the GUI from 10.0.0.1?
