By factory reset you mean press the button on the back for 20 seconds?

Going to try it from scratch and not connect any satellites to see what happens now that I have a new modem. If the problem goes away, what does that mean in terms of why it gets messed up once the satellites are connected?

Possible. If not problem with new modem and just RBR, add just 1 RBS then see.

I’ve come to the conclusion that my router has a hardware problem (the router is restarting, it’s not just the internet dropping). Unfortunately, my +$800 system is 14-15 months old and Netgear has decided to not do anything about this issue. Any router system should last at least 4-5 years. The fact that one of the most expensive mesh systems in the market has failed at 14-15 months should be a big concern to Netgear. I’m done with the brand and their horrible customer service.
