RBS750 ORBI BLOCKING NEBRA HELIUM HOTSPOT INTERMITANTLY

I have a RBR750 Orbi router and from time to time under my Access Control it is blocking my Nebra Helium Hotspot from the network and I am having to unblock it by checking the Allow box then apply the change.  Nebra will push firmware updates to my Nebra hotspot when updates are required and I'm assuming my Orbi router is blocking the updates?  I currently do not have any Blocked Sites and Keyword Blocking is set to Never.  I dedicated an IP for my Nebra hotspot and in the Block Sites section of the router dashboard I have Allow trusted IP (Nebra Hotspot) to visit block sites.  I also have Block Services set to NEVER.  Is it possible for me to prevent the router from blocking my Nebra hotsport to access the network?

Additionally Netgear Armor is denying access for my Nebra hotspot to access a website on the Orbi app on my phone, so I will select the Unblock URL, but the same notification comes back.  The Orbi app does not show me the URL.  Is it possible to prevent this block without having to disable NETGEAR Armor?

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Armor product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Armor and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Good Luck.
