RBS750 Unable to see Parental Control in the Orbi app Latest Firmware V4.6.3.7

Can someone help with the following issues below please ?

I am trying to setup Parental Control and the option is not showing on my Orbi App. The latest firmware support docs shows parental control is now available for this router.

I am also trying to setup Netgear Armor and when I click  on the Activate tile on the Orbi app. I get "error failed to subscribe". 

I have the latest Orbi app on my iphone and the latest firmware on both RBR750 mesh units:

Hardware Version: RBR750

Firmware Version: V4.6.3.7_2.0.49

GUI Language Version: V3.0.1.2_2.1.30.3

Operation Mode: Router

Any thoughts ?

I recommend you contact NG support and ask for help on this. All SPC and Armor features are supposed to be enabled and controled from the Orbi app. @Blanca_O @DarrenM
