Hi everyone,
I have a Orbi Wifi AX6000 with 4 satellites RBS850. One of the satellite is on the 1st floor and is used as relay to the 2nd floor satellite
Every night this 1st floor satellite is pulsing white. And it doesn't stop. During the day, it is not doing that.
The firmware is the latest 4.6.3.16 and same as the other ones. Do you know why I have this problem?
Thanks
Benoît

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

I recommend updating FW to v.11 on the RBS first then the RBR.
v.16 had problems.

Re: RBS850 Pulsing White At night
When it's pulsing white, does it show on the Orbi app as disconnected? I assume that all satellites use wireless backhaul?
If so then it seems that the radio conditions get worse during night, likely because of disturbances for some reason.
Do you have the possibility to get the satellite closer to the router or remove obstacles in between to stregthen the signal received by the satellite from the router?

Re: RBS850 Pulsing White At night
Glad you got it working. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
