I'm using that version of Safari but the Orbi site is convinced I'm not connected to my Orbi network. I definitely am as it's the only network in my home. Guess I'll just have to stick to using Chrome for this specific site. Odd.
Are you using the same device to run Safari and Chrome?

Yes

No apology necessary :) I'll just have to use Chrome. Not the end of the world for one website.

It sounds like for some reason your Safari browser is caching an old DNS entry for oriblogin.com. When you are not on your Orbi network or if you are not using the Orbi in Router mode, then it cannot resolve orbiogin.com to your router's IP address, instead you get the public IP address for it which points to Netgear's web page that says you need to be on the Orbi network.
Try flushing Safari's cache and see if that fixes it: https://www.idownloadblog.com/2019/01/07/clear-dns-cache-mac-iphone-ipad-safari-chrome-firefox-opera-howto/
