Last week I installed the RBK853 to replace my old Apple Airport extreme router. However, I found out that iOS cannot completely load the webpage in correctly layout. For example, the attached screen shot was what I had when loading ebay.com
I need to wait for several minutes or turn on/off the wifi several times then press reload so that I can see the correct layout.
However, I don't have such problem in Android device.
I have alreay checked byOrbi app and the firmware is alreay the most udated one. Could anybody help me to solve this problem?
Firmware ver. V3.2.16.22_1.4.9 (already click check update button and it is the latest version & I don't want to install firmware manually)

You can try inputting same DNS addresses on the RBRs web page, save and apply. Do a full reboot on the ONT and RBR, set the iphone back to Auto for DNS and check to see if the problem continues...

Re: iOS device cannot load the webpage in correct layout
This happened to amazon, ebay and several webpages. They cannot display the html correctly and even sometimes say safari cannot find the server. Then I need to turn off/on wifi to try again.
I experienced it in my iPhone 11 Pro Max(iOS 14.4.2) and my iPad Air (iOS 14.4.2). These 2 mobile decices worked fine uner my old router Apple Airport extreme.
My notebooks are working fine under Orbi.

Re: iOS device cannot load the webpage in correct layout
Hmmm. Ok
You can look at the RBRs Advanced Tab Home page and look under the Internet section and see if there is a ##.##.###.### address or a 192. or 172 or maybe a 10 IP address displayed there? If you see any of these 3 IPs listed, there maybe a router at the ONT.

Do you mean the following Internet port section?

Re: iOS device cannot load the webpage in correct layout
You don't need to show it as I would not post the IP address here in a public forum. Just look as see if there is any of those listed and let us know. If you see the ##.##.###.### address then this would be a public IP address and thats good. Means there is not router or they configured the ONT to pass the Public IP address to the RBR.

Re: iOS device cannot load the webpage in correct layout
Problem was resolved after I had manually inputted Google public DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.8.4 in iPad/iPhone network setting

Re: iOS device cannot load the webpage in correct layout
Correct. If I changed the DNS to auto (192.168.1.1), App like IMDB loaded a long time and webpage also need longer time to display in correct format in my iOS devices.
No impact to Windows and Android devices......
I found the solution in this community. Any idea why it only happened to iOS devices?

Re: iOS device cannot load the webpage in correct layout
What IOS version are you using? Im using 14.4.2 currently. I've not had to set DNS manually on my iphone.
Did we ever establish what our RBR is getting for a IP address on it's internet port?

Re: iOS device cannot load the webpage in correct layout
Ya I see the picture was approved.
Next time, please edit out the Internet IP address for public forum review. That doesn't need to be posted.

What DNS settings are you using on the RBR? Auto or custom?

Re: iOS device cannot load the webpage in correct layout
It happens only in iPhone. So I only manually inputted 8.8.8.8 in iPhone/iPad Network setting. I didn't change anything in the RBR850 and other devices such as Notebook, Android tablet etc.......
