Possible your systems serial numbers are not in the system or incorrectly input in the the AU system.
Get your RBR and both RBS serial numbers and send KevinLiT a PM and have them check to make sure they are in the AU system.

That's the reason I waited 2 weeks after the firmware was released from beta to see if it would turn up, but nothing. I know the Southeast US is behind things, but normally not with firmware. 😋

I understand that you did not get firmware Version 9.12.4.16 pushed to your RBE970. The firmware Version 9.12.4.16 is being pushed out in batches. Your device states that it is up to date because the update has not been pushed to your device at this time.
