Orbi 770 Sats compatible with 970?
We just moved into our house earlier this year and I broke down and upgraded to the Orbi 970 from the super old RBR50. It wasn’t broke so I didn’t fix it. Haha I had the house all wired with Ethern...

Correct. But oddly, not at first. When I turned the RBR50 back on, it appeared in the Attached Devices list. Which is where I expected it to appear originally. It still thinks it is an RBE970, though (based on the naming in the list, but that could be "stuck" from previous). I waited a little bit and kept refreshing the list and it stayed in the Attached Devices list.
However...
I connected to the RBR50 wifi using my laptop. Then I logged back into the 970 admin page (using the IP) to see if I could see the laptop showing up. It does, but now the RBR50 is BACK in the satellite list and stuck in the Config Sync status again.
Also, I noticed that the other satellites that are actual RBE970s do a Config Sync both when I disconnected the RBR50 from before and when it appeared back in the satellite list.

Ok. Seems like if it's working then use it as is. NG will need to tune the FW so the UI reports it more accurately. Should not be seen as a satellite by the 970 system.
