Orbi 970 and Carrier Infinity Touch Thermostat Model SYSTXCCITC01-A do not talk
Up graded router to new obri 970 and now Carrier Infinity Touch thermostat will not get on line. Have tried loT and main networks. Still no luck.
- Read comments about a different thermostat and router and they used a $20 TP-link Access Point from amazon. TL-WA801N.Got it today and solved the challenge! Thanks all for the help!
If you don’t know where Access Control is, then it was never turned on, so that would not be the problem. Is there a way to manually reset the WiFi on the thermostat?
According to Carrier, disconnecting it from the wall and waiting 30 seconds should do it. Have done this many times and still no luck.
