Orbi doesn't see an internet connection when connected to 2.5gbps port on modem

The modem was changed yesterday because of some ISP issue. There were setting on the old modem containing my Orbi's MAC and IP Address that were causing a conflict with my replaced modem (New Profile) that were resulting Orbi not getting an IP Address. 2nd level support cleared the old modem's profile from the system and everything is working as expected. Thanks to everyone for their suggestions.

Might also give a non managed switch a try as well. NETGEARs MS105 is a 2.5Gb supporting non managed switch.
Hoping that the ISP can clear this up though.
Keep us posted.

Tried switch but no luck. ISP sees the MAC Address of my Orbi and also sees that they are not able to assign it an IP Address. They will get back to me by EOD today. Hopefully something will change

Figured it was something on the ISP side. Glad they found it and fixed it.
Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
