And if you take out the RBS or turn OFF the RBS, does the problem still happen using the RBR only?

It affects the RBS only. The RBS has also been swapped via RMA as part of NG troubleshooting - the same issue persists.

Ok. Thank you for the updated info.
I'll step away from this and please continue to work with NG support. May take an unknown amount of time for them to get a fix it. I'd check with them on occasion and also check to see if there maybe a beta build of FW that you can check out and test.
Hopefully NG will get this fixed as soon as possible.

Just a heads up, after 5 weeks of no updates on my ticket, I received a response that asked me to...turn my devices off and turn them on again. Is there a way to escalate or complain with NG? I know we have a few netgear folks that sometimes monitor this forum - is there a way to flag this issue? I'm literally getting nowhere with NG support.
