The Orbi 870 seems to have a lot bugs. It keep dropping connection. Some devices won't connect to the router even when using 2.4 network. Tech support was not able to resolve the connection issues...
I've got that orbi version currently connected to a CM3000 and its working great.
What firmware are you on?
What error do you get when you try to connect them?
I've even got a Eufy vacuum (not your version) connected to my system and it doesn't have issues.
Did you change the ssid with the new system? or did you re-use your old one
