Another CBR750 not working with Comcast/XF
Yo, Just came across your post.
So I'm reading through everything below, but I live in Thornton, CO and saw you're in Denver. I had Xfinity come out on 1/26/23 to do an "upgrade" to our net...
I was able to run the Cable Connection diagnostic two days ago, but this AM when I run the diagnostic, it shows nothing but a blank page. Was hoping to post images as requested but unable before I leave for work.
Connection sign on the admin side did read: Poor.

Tech came over and didn't really figure much out. Checked the line and everything looked good outside. Said I was getting around 956 mpbs speed in, but he couldn't see or confirm a signal could be sent to the router, though everything was looking okay. He tried multiple times. installed a new splitter and new cables.
I was trying to show him some of the info provided by you and others in here, but we couldn't ever get the cable diagnostic to run anything and just kept showing Poor connection status.
He had to leave for another job, but gave me his number to follow-up. I did a factory reset on the router and the Cable Connection Status came back as Good. Attached is the summary I got.
Here is the Events Log. I tried clearing and refreshing but it's just blank. So not sure how/when new data will populate back in that.
I've rerun the cable diagnostic and then hit APPLY, but I keep getting an error message now that read: Invalid Frequency.

As of the moment, the internet is running good and seeing stronger connections to the devices that I have on the system.
He said that the plan I'm paying for through Xfinity is 800 Mbps, but my speeds are going above that when I run speed tests so that confuses the hell out of me.
