CBR750 - Not Compatible With Xfinity???

I pay for 1.2 Tbps down/40 Gbps up through Xfinity and purchased the Orbi CBR750 at the behest of the Xfinity tech that advised me to purchase a DOCSIS 3.1 modem so I can take advantage of the speeds I'm paying for. I started receiving emails from Xfinity recently saying my equipment isn't allowing me to receive the speeds I'm paying for and that my modem is actually incompatible according to them. Am I missing something? Please assist!
It looks like my image isn't showing, so here's a link to the screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/3coxpztka031ruv/Screen%20Shot%202021-10-14%20at%204.02.14%20PM.png?dl=0

Its the ISP who will set there guide lines on what is compatible and what isn't. I would ask the ISP about how there system handles and reports that page.
The CBR750 is compatible with XF:

Is IS a DOCSIS 3.1 modem. The coax line up to the modem can handle well over 1Gb.
However you may only see over 1Gb on the wireless 5Ghz AX supporting devices since the CBR supports 2400Mpbs connection rates between itself and those wireless devices that support that connection rate.
You won't see anything much over 900Mpbs on the LAN ethernet ports since they are only rated at 1000Mpbs.

Re: CBR750 - Not Compatible With Xfinity???
Thank you! I figured all of this, but the emails from Xfinity and their compatibility matrix had me confused and concerned. I'll reach out to Xfinity to understand why they're saying the modem isn't compatible despite the modem meeting (and exceeding) their technical requirements. If I receive an answer, I'll follow up with what I hear back. Thanks, again!
