Extremely slow Speeds CBR40

I have a cbr40 with two satellites and am experiencing extremely slow internet. My speed to the modem was tested by Comcast with their modem and got speeds over a gig. I should be around the 800mb range but get 45mb consistently. The firmware is updated and is version 2.5.0.24_1.0.8
Any suggestions or should I just buy a new modem from a different manufacturer?

Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status page.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box. 
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem. 
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.

Are speed testing with a wired PC connected to the CBR or with a wireless device? If a wireless device is it connected to the RBS or CBR?

Is Armor or Cicle enabled on the CBR?
