90 Day Technical Support Problem
Purchased an Orbi a few days ago and setup today, but hit an issue and trying to get technical support. The product is all registered, but is shows:
- Purchase Date: 6/20/2018
- Your complimentary 90 days days technical support expired on: 6/20/2018
Upshot is that only links available are the knowledge base and community forums. For reference it was purchased from Amazon in the UK and Netgear were the seller.
Anybody have a suggestion how to resolve, given I can't find any way to access support to resolve not having access to support?
