Additional Satellites for Orbi RBK50
Hi!
I currently have an Orbi Wifi System (RBK50 + 2 RBS50). I plan to add one or two more smaller satellites for two rooms to further enhance the signal. Can the RBS10 work as an additional satellites for my RBK50? I want to make sure before I purchase the RBS10s.
Thank you.

Re: Additional Satellites for Orbi RBK50
My understanding from the Product Data Sheet is that the RBS10 works only with the RBR10 product. Notice on page 4, "What do I need..?" it says specifically RBR10

The product data sheet for other satellite models claim that they require one of a series of Orbi routers.

Re: Additional Satellites for Orbi RBK50
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
Having too many RBS or too much wifi singals may not improve anything and make things worse.
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. https://kb.netgear.com/000036466/How-far-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite-from-my-Orbi-router
