Due to your concrete walls, the RBK23 may not be powerful enough. The layout would be the same as I suggested, test it to see if it is sufficient. Another thing you should strongly consider is moving to the Orbi Pro system. It is designed for small business owners such as yourself. Also, Orbi Pro has some great options that would be great for something like an AirBnB
1. 3 seperate SSID's that include, 1. Secure Guest WiFi, 2. Main WiFi (For the owner) and 3. Management/IT wifi.
2. (NETGEAR Insight) Remote Management capabilities so you dont have to be on the network to manage it. Read the article.
3. Up to 5+ Satelites can be connected to the system. They can even be plugged in to the router via ethernet if you have cabling to them.
4. Ceiling satelite that runs on PoE or plugged in.
5. Outdoor satelites.
