Airprint - orbi rbr50
I've installed desktop Genie software and enable AirPrint. I can see my printer on the IOS device but keep getting error message "unable to print".
Any suggestions?

What is the mfr and model# of the printer you have connected?
Refer to the printers mfr support site for help and information for using there printer.

Re: Airprint - orbi rbr50
Printer is a Brother LC61. There is nothing in the Netgear manual regarding this problem.
I appreciate your suggestion to look at the printer documentation but, not surprisingly, they don’t address the inability to print via Netgear Orbi/Genie using AirPrint.
Not sure if it helps but error message on IOS device says printer offline. Not true printer works fine both hard wired and wirelessly from Desktop and laptop.
Thanks for the response v

Re: Airprint - orbi rbr50
I know that NG Genie isn't supported on Orbi any more. Possible this maybe the cause.
I would refer you to the printers mfr for help and support to see if there printer supports air printing thru the iOS device. They should have information regarding it.
