Amcrest Cameras, AT&T WiFi Router and Orbi

I cannot see my Amcrest cameras with Orbi as my WiFi. See them fine with AT&T WiFi. How do I work around the Orbi settings to see my cameras again?

LIke @vajim says, what att gateway is it?

If it has its own integrated router, it causes a double nat.

this can create the issue you're running into.

options?

1. put the att in passthrough/modem only mode

2. put the netgears IP address into the att devices dmz

3. put the netgear into access point mode.

(only use one of those methods)

I have more than one camera. AT&T modem is bgw210.

One router brings internet in and WiFi is off and Orbi is set for wifi

Re: Amcrest Cameras, AT&T WiFi Router and Orbi

shutting off wifi doesn't disable router functions or put the att device in modem only/passthrough  mode.

Try using one of the methods described above.

Re: Amcrest Cameras, AT&T WiFi Router and Orbi

The Orbi is already in AP mode. You said one of the three right? So I’ve put the Orbi in AP already and that didn’t help me connect to camera. Do I then try passthrough mode or adding the IP address and not both of those?

Re: Amcrest Cameras, AT&T WiFi Router and Orbi

after the orbi is in access point mode, reboot the complete system (router, att device, cameras)
