That's the one I had with the problems. You will need to wait until T-Mobile updates their firmware.. Its the only thing that fixes it. Otherwise use guest Network

Is anyone having the same problems with a Google Pixel (newest version)? I'm at latest update on the phone.

 

Netgear mods/support, here's a tip for you to make your job go smoother. Instead of just saying "we're working on an issue", we need you to tell us what that issue actually is, so we understand the fundamental problem, where its responsibility lies, and what changes to software will fix it. You're treating people like 5 year olds here, quit pretending we're dumb and give us the real story on what's going on here. This has been an ongoing problem for some people for several months to a year. Maybe we can even help you solve the problem better with the correct information.
