Any parental controls enabled?
What ISP service do you use? Cable, DSL or Fiber?
What FW version is currently loaded?

Re: Can DNS servers be configured manually with DHCP IP?
Yes you can set different DNS addresses. Under Advanced tab/Settings/Internet
Be sure any access controls are disabled if they are in use or the DNS entry fields maybe grayed out and not configurable.

Re: Can DNS servers be configured manually with DHCP IP?
That is my problem, the option to manually configure the DNS servers is grayed out when the IP address is set to DHCP, access control is not enabled.

Re: Can DNS servers be configured manually with DHCP IP?
Thank you, it was the Circle parental controls that had it locked for some reason. As a work around, I was able to disable circle, change the dhcp settings, and re-enable circle and it kept the manual dns.
Thanks for your help!
