Can’t login to app

I try to login to the IOS app and get an error has occurred try again. It’s been like this for months. Anyone else have this issue ?

Have you tried removing and reinstalling the app?

 

This has worked for some people.

 

You may have to do it several times!

My network DM200 -> R7800 -> GS316 -> PL1000 -> Orbi RBR40 -> Orbi RBS50Y -> RBS40V

This error is related to the login to the Netgear account, before logging in to Orbi.
Can you login to your MyNetgear account here: https://www.netgear.com/mynetgear/registration/login.aspx
You should be able to login to this account first to be able to proceed with the rest of the login procedure
