Cannot create MyNetgear account
I recently bought the Orbi three pack (RBK23). First step is to download the App which I have done (Android version). When you run the app the first step is to create an account. When I attempt to do this I enter my email address (the one I use all the time) myname@southerncross.systems and hit the go button. I then get an error message saying the email is invalid. I cannot even ask tech support a question because I have to create a MyNetgear account to do so! What do I do now?

maybe its not recognizing the .systems domain as an email.
do you have a different email you could use? Or setup a gmail address?
