Cant connect to my company vpn
I am not able to connect to my Company's VPN using ORBI routre. There is no issue w/ internet connection or streaming, only my VPN connection. I tried calling my ISP to see if there is any issue on there side, but they indicated not. It appears that i am on the most recent firmware:

Can you please describe how the Orbi is connected to the internet?
brand/model of modem?
Are you able to connect to the company VPN from other locations? (Starbucks, airport, hotel?)

Define "company VPN" e.g. vendor, VPN client in use, ... and if you have good connections to the corporate IT challenge them which protocols the prefer, allow, or deny. In the past, consumer routers [also Netgear was invovled] failed to allow some protocols to pass, despite of some "VPN passthrough" allowance. Without more insight, there is not much Netgear has to investigate.
