Cat 5e or Cat 6 Ethernet cable

Have an orbi RBK50 connected via Ethernet cable cat 5e with latest software update. It is connected to a modem & TV. Would upgrading to Ethernet cable cat 6 be an advantage?

Cat5e and Cat6 both handle 1Gb/s speed, but Cat6 has better shielding to prevent crosstalk. See https://www.firefold.com/blogs/news/cat5-vs-cat6-cables-what-are-the-differences for more details. Both are fine for home use with today's gigabit speed at home. If you really want to upgrade the cable, then I suggest Cat7 to better future-proof yourself.
