Century Link DSL Modem/Router C1100T with Orbi RBR20

I just had to order a new modem/wireless router C1100T from CenturyLink  after having problems with my old wireless router. It is connected to Orbi RBR20.   I have been experiencing security issues with webpages as well as extremely poor wireless coverage even several feet away from the satellite and main router. I spoke to Century Link customer support yesterday to get assistance in adjusting the WAN setting  for transparent bridge. The Internet light went out on the C1100T Modem however the wireless light remained illuminated. Upon initial speed test the download and upload was great for the DSL I have with 6.03 download and 1.02 upload. That quickly degraded and when looking at the app on my phone, the signal was horrible to almost all of the components attached to the Orbi  with the exception of a fire stick  a few feet away. Do I need to disengage the wireless feature for the C1100T.   Is there another step that I am missing besides the transparent bridging of the C1100T?   On CenturyLinks website it mentions transport  mode - VLAN setting, is this something the representative missed? Is there something different I need to do to the Orbi RBR20?   Right now I have the Orbi disconnected because of the horrible signal I have when it is connected.  Any information or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Modem Combo Units:
This would be a double NAT condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT
https://kb.netgear.com/30187/How-to-fix-issues-with-Double-NAT
Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktop

Thank You, Solution 3 worked best for me. Now I can't see any of my connected devices on the App but I can leave that as an issue for another Day, Haha.  Just happy I can connect.
