Charged extra for expedited warranty replacement

I finally managed to find a number to call after much effort and ultimately was told they would ship a replacement and it would arrive in 5-8 days. Asked if I could expedite it. They said I could receive it overnight for $29.90. I agreed. We stream TV, Nest, Ring, etc. It didn't arrive on the 4th of July so I figured ok, well it will arrive today, the 5th. Nope. Get a msg that it shipped today and it will arrive on the 6th. Not exactly next day and only marginally quicker than I could have gotten for nothing. Not pleased.

I would have accounted for the Holiday. Nothing is moving on the 4th of July.

That would have been fine if he had said that to me, but he didn't. He said pay $29.90 and get this next day.

I presume sometimes that holidays are not thought of...
