Chasing up Orbi replacement
My Orbi router stopped working after a firmware update a few weeks ago, fortunately this was a couple days before the 90 day free support period ended and I was able to contact customer support via chat to arrange a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement hasn't arrived and I've not managed to get back in touch with support to resolve this. Because the 90 days are up, the only option I seem to have is to comment on my open case, wich I have, but I'm not getting any response (other than several customer satisfaction surveys ;))
Does anybody know what my options are for escalating this?

Have you tried describing what the issue is with your router in here? You never know when someone will have a solution.
