Cisco VPN disconnects multiple times a day!

I have had my netgear Orbi RBR50, RBS50 and a RBR40 and RBW30.
The RBR40 is connected to the RBR50 via Cat6 and is used as an AP and the RBW30 is connected to the RBR40 via wifi.

I have solid connection through out the house with no drops however, when ever I use my work laptop and connect via the Cisco AnyConnect VPN client, I usually have a disconnect within 5mins of connecting for the first time and then absolutely fine however during the day the connection will lag at times and randomly disconnect and reconnect.
This issue has been around 1year since WFH and it seems many others have reported this online now as well.

I don't seem to have found a solution yet and hoping for someone that had the same issue but managed to find the fix and can share it out please?

Re: Cisco VPN disconnects multiple times a day!

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO(MIMO may or may not be needed) and WMM. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings

Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Circle, Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Set Short preamble instead of Long preamble modes. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).

One User Experience/Configuration:

Would be someting to contact Cisco about as well to get additional help and information regarding there product.
