Connected Devices not Showing
I have RBR850 and RBS850 both running V3.2.18.1. When I look at Attached Devices, the Satellite shows but nothing connected to the Satellite is shown at all. However, I can connect directly to the Satelite and check it's attached devices and see a list.
I have tried rebooting both.

Re: Connected Devices not Showing
This is probably the 2nd most common post about Orbi (1st is "How do I turn off 5G?") The firmware is just hopeless.
Two tactics have been suggested:
- Perform a Factory Reset of the Orbi units:

Depending on how much has been done to customize the Orbi configuration, this ranges from a 10 minute "that was nothing" to (in my case) over two hours of typing and cursing. For many, a Factory Reset is a last resort. - If the Attached Devices display was working correctly on a previous firmware, that firmware can be manually loaded on the Orbi.
(However, there have been posts claiming that after doing this, the Orbi automatically updated to the newest firmware.)
This difference between how the original Orbi works and how the new AX product works is one reason we often suggest that questions about the AX might get a more informed response if posted in the community forum for it:
