I'm yet another customer with the same problem. Got a new phone, installed Circle, don't have passcode, requested new pass code, never receive text.

You'll need to contact NG support for help and information regarding this. Also please post about this in the NightHawk forums since you have a R8000. This forum is for Orbi systems.

I have exactly the same issue. Had to reinstall circle app and now I can't get the pass code to be texted to me.

I am also getting the message "cannot text passcode" when I try to re-setup my Circle with Disney. Should I contact you or Circle?

I have Disney circle enabled but I switched phones and I keep trying to get an sms
And it never shows up and the login passcode isn’t working. I’m trying to avoid a full rebuild of the network. Is there a way to properly get the passcode sent since sms requests are failing?

Disney Circle is not sending me Circle Admin Passcode. I am getting “Something Went Wrong” message everytime I tried for over 8 hours.
