Does the Orbi Router itself have a decent WIFI coverage?
Hi
Does the Orbi Router itself have a decent wifi range?
Just debating about whether to locate it in the garage next to the Modem, or whether to connect back to the Modem via cat 6 and position the Orbi Router in the main part of the house. The issue is the garage is pretty much solid concrete, so wireless signals don't usually extend past it's own walls.
Thanks
Mark

Re: Does the Orbi Router itself have a decent WIFI coverage?
In a non concrete building, my 5000sq ft home gets great coverage from a 20 series Orbi system using just 1 satellite and 40 feet in between them. Concrete, you'll need to place the units closer I presume and may have some problems with this kind of building materials. I recommend wired connections if at all possible.
