Extending a 3 Unit Orbi System
I have a 3 unit Orbi system, with a 2nd router unused in a closet and a room with a dead spot in a somwhat large house.
Do I buy another extender or can I use my spare router some how
Will a Netgeat N router extend the Wifi to this dead spot (actually a poor connection) @ 30$ solution

No. You'll need get an RBS.
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between them to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
