I am tried to login to the router but it is saying

Failed to create pipe: Too many open files

How do I fix it

Please describe where this error messge appears. (web browser? syslog?)

Which computer OS and browser are being used to access the router web interface?

The question is more likely to draw the attention of someone who has experience with your product if posted in that forum.
