Google drive not able to sync, and stuck at preparation

After using the Netgear Orbi, I am no longer able to sync files from Windows Desktop to Google Drive. The google upload progam stucks at preparation forever. There is no firewall blocking google drive software, and it worked perfectly well before. I am very frustrated with Netgear

What Firmware is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?

If nothing chanced on the Orbi, I would ensure your Google account and configuration is working well. Google has been know to make security changes to block things.
