How can I change the satelite my device connects to to one closer?

I got some net cams that for some reason are connecting to a satelite that is further away from where it is located.  How can I change where the net cam connects to?

The orbi satellites choose which devices connection to which satellite. With that being said, try rebooting the satellite (leave it off for a couple minutes) that they're connected to. Maybe the main router will change this prioritization. 

Here's a thread where they explore similar issues to yours and try channel changes, mu-mimo, beamforming changes. It'd be worth reading and seeing if any of their solutions help with yours.
