There is a method to change the Orbi administrator user name through the telnet interface:

(Full disclosure) I have not attempted this myself.  I am relying on (1) Remote Administration is turned off, (2) my WiFi SSID has an absurdly long and complicated password, and (3) my Orbi admin logon has an even longer and more complicated password. I have absolutely no idea whether this change will survive a firmware update.
