I'm being charged $21.50 a month? Why?
I'm not sure why, but I'm being charged 21.50 a month from NETGEAR INC. after buying the Orbi mesh wifi. I'm not using advanced features and I don't need suppport. I can't figure out how to manage my...
No contracts on my devices. The GearHead support contracts are for 12, 18, and 24 month terms and all of which do not workout to a payment plan of 21.50 a month. You pay for support upfront, so why am I being charged per month? Can someone point me in the right direction?
