Inability to contact Netgear Support

I have an RBR50 and two RBS50's and continue to experience a need for a daily reboot to maintain network speed.

I have tried to acess online contact for the past 24 hours and, when I hit "Contact", just get a blank screen. Very frustrating for a tech organisation selling high-end products.

Anyone else experiencing probelms?

Additional NG HW: C7800/CM1100/CM1200/CM2000, Orbi CBK40, RBK853, R7800, R7960P,
EX7500/EX7700, XR450 and WNHDE111
