IoT connection issues

LED pattern

The LED pattern looks like the OFFLINE, if I turn the energy down and up again, sometimes the switch comes on online.

This is what I can see in the switch console.

switch not working

it's random, example Switch_1 Switch_2 Switch_3 Swtich_4

day one:
Switch_1 on Switch_2 off Switch_3 on Switch_4 off

Next days or weeks

Switch_1 off Switch_2 off Switch_3 on Switch_4 on

Next days or weeks

Switch_1 on Switch_2 on Switch_3 on Switch_4 on

next days or weeks

Switch_1 on Switch_2 on Switch_3 off Switch_4 off

I can't get a pattern here... almost the switches are connected to the router, and I have 2 or 3 connected to one satellite installed also on my 0 floor

I can reach the switch web interface if I'm in 0 floor connected to router or the satellite I've here, but I got yo the 3rd floor I can't ping the Switch and i can't reach the web interface

I've also in 3rd one server with VMs and i can reach all of them, also, when I see one switch offline I make some tests remotely doing router -> 3rd floor and inside the VM 3rd floor -> router

I'm sorry if I'm not explain better way, but this is wired and this only happens with IoT devices specially with switches
