Yes, it is still possible to connect to each satellite's web home page by IP address, as in http://<ip of satellite>
It has very few menu items, as all of the relevant controls take place on the router and are passed through to the satellite.
In addition, there is a "debug" page on each satellite, http://<ip of satellite>/debug.htm that can be used to turn on telnet access.
