KEEPS DISCONNECTING

I've been disconnected for four consecutive days. I believe it's the last firmware update that's the issue. Anyone experiencing the same?

I have the same problem. One laptop will maintain internet connection initially and then will inevitably drop the internet connection

What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
