Kids sneaking up all hours gaming how do I limit my net?

How do I make it so that way I can still watch Netflix but so that way my kids will go to bed at an early time and Cant be gaming like turn down my internet????? Help please I have no clue what I’m doing?

Install Orbi App from AppStore or play store. 

Change your orbi admin password 

connect to your orbi router with the downloaded app and the new password (default username is admin)

In in the orbi App, click on “ Device Manager”. Here you can disable/enable internet access to each device whenever you need to.
